Beauvine Burger Concept! Where have you been my whole life!? My goodness you guys put together a tasty burger. My wife and I popped in here this past Saturday. It was around 2:00pm and we got a nice table for two. I loved the ambience right away especially the belt driven ceiling fans. Service was pretty spot on. I like places that drop off the ice cold bottle of water. I get mad thirsty and ended up dusting that entire bottle. I wish this idea would catch on, it's so much better than flagging down someone.

After a cursory look at the menu my wife chose the Belle Ringer and I felt I needed to build my own. To be fair, the Beauvine was close but I felt smoked cheddar, Nueske's bacon, and the herbed aioli spread would really set this sucker off. I was NOT disappointed. Holy smokes that burger had more flavor than I could have imagined. Not to brag but my combination of flavors was choice.

My wife had a cocktail that I can't find on their online menu. I stuck with water due to the night before which I do not wish to talk about. For sides we ordered the sweet potato waffle fries and the beer battered onion rings. As you may have guessed they were also fantastic. With all the food at the table I thought we'd take some home. We did not. We devoured every single thing. It's now Monday as I'm writing this. The last day of September and I'm already hinting at going here for lunch. You got me hooked Beauvine Burger Concept!

I live literally 1 minute walking distance from Beauvine which makes it very dangerous for me !!  The week I moved in, I decided to give this place a shot, along with my boyfriend.

I got the classic Beauvine burger, and my boyfriend got the Joe Beef burger. Beauvine burger was good, but the Joe Beef just hit different. I don't know what about the burger made it so yummy, but I wished for 100 more in the moment I was eating it.
We also ordered a side of duck fat fries and the one with the cheese/truffle topping as well. Both were very good and I personally like my fries skinny, so it was a perfect match to my preference.
--disclaimer-- I don't know if it's because we came during a busy rush, but the food took a really long time to come out,, but I won't knock off a star because I work in the restaurant business too and I know how backed up orders can get when busy..
I'll be back to try their famous fruitty pebble shake and more of their delicious burgers and fries !

TLDR: awesome service, cool atmosphere, great burgers, unique shakes.

My mom, 9 month old son, and I stopped in for dinner on a Friday night while visiting Richmond. It was around 7:30 and we had no problem getting a booth. We also were able to find street parking across from the restaurant. I'd recommend coming on the earlier side because it was super hoppin' by the time we rolled out. The atmosphere is very casual, very college-y but not a surprise given the proximity to VCU. Lots of TVs posted at the bar, $2 PBRs all the time, and a decent HH 4-6pm Monday-Friday. It also happened to be burger week so the normally $8 beauvine burger was discounted to $6.

Burgers don't come with sides but you can choose an accomplice (duck fat fries, beer battered onion rings, or waffle fries) which are sharing size. The burgers are the perfect size- not gigantic where you become overstuffed but still filling.

I did a BYO with pickled jalapeños, house pickles, Cabernet onions, herbed goat cheese, and chive blue cheese sauce. The burger was cooked perfectly to my liking with pink in the middle. In fact, that's the default unless you request otherwise. The patty itself was juicy. The brioche bun was soft and buttery but did not hold up to all of the accoutrements. I loved all of the toppings I chose but it was very messy. Luckily there were plenty of napkins on the table. My mom did a suggested burger- the Joe Beef. It had Swiss cheese, mushrooms, arugula, red onion, tomato, steak sauce, and herbed aioli. She actually finished her burger (which never happens) and declared it one of the best she's had in a long time.

We split onion rings which were served hot and crispy. I loved the batter that had sea salt on the outside. The milkshake of the month was peach but they had run out and substituted a birthday cake shake. Other offerings included: fruity pebbles, salted caramel maple, coffee, vanilla, strawberry, and 64% dark chocolate. My mom and I split the dark chocolate. True to our amazing server's word it was not bitter and really tasted like a
Milk/dark blend. It was creamy, chocolatey, and delicious! Our server was awesome, attentive, and great with suggestions and questions. Shout out to all of the amazing female servers who entertained my son and kept him from crying so we could enjoy a relaxing meal! I really can't think of any negatives at Beauvine and would highly recommend eating here if you're in Richmond!

After having great brews from Canon & Draw, I stopped in for a bite here. I had the Belle Ringer. So far, this has been my favorite burger in Richmond and I think there a lot of great burgers in this city. The place is very nice and the service is good. Not a comfy/homey vibe, but a modern/come-and-enjoy vibe. Hope to make it back here and eventually give it five stars.

Alright Beauvine, you win. My husband loves Beauvine and even though my personal experiences have been sub par, we went back for Burger Week. To my surprise, it was the best experience I've had at Beauvine!

It was a little later in the evening, however I know most places on Burger Week were supposed to be packed. We both got the burger week burger, mine subbed with a veggie patty, and the vegetarian side of fries. Everything was cooked, seasoned, and perfectly built together.

The veggie burger was flavorful and not dry, the pickle was salty but not bitter, the tomato slice was delicious and flavorful, and the fries were nice and crispy. The fries do not come as a side, and this is probably the most hefty amount of fries I've been given. I'd say it was my money's worth.

I also had a gin blossom which was great. Not too sweet, and perfectly balanced between tart lemon and mint. Way to go Beauvine, we'll be back!
